FACELIFT / COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture for Facelift or we can call it Cosmetic Acupuncture is a non-surgical procedure that will helps to rejuvenate and revitalize your face. It is a much cheaper solution compared to surgical facelift and it has no side-effects and downtime at all.
Our face has meridian points that can be stimulated by using short acupuncture needles (Mei Rong Zhen) that will improve the facial blood circulation. Good blood circulation will generate energy flow which will helps to tone up the facial muscles and at the same time helps to slow down aging process. Cosmetic acupuncture thus is a very effective way to diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, sagging and dull skin.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is popular even over at Western countries. You can see results after 6 treatments and patients are encourage to come twice a week and to take up a minimum package of 10 and complete it within 5 - 6 weeks.

Cosmetic Acupuncture will helps:
• minimize or eliminate wrinkles / crow's feet / frown lines / laugh lines
• lift up sagging skin, puffy or droopy eyelids
• reduce a double chin
• reduce acne
• improve blood circulation and increase collagen production
• reduce age spots
• toning and shaping facial muscles

MEN'S ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION / IMPOTENCE

Impotence refers to softness of the penis during erection, an inability to maintain an erection during sexual intercourse. In Western medicine, these problems are generally known as erectile dysfunction.
In TCM sexual physiology, the kidneys rule reproduction. Essence (jing) is stored in the kidneys which provides genital development and maturation of sexual instinct. Therefore, abundance or depletion of kidney essence (jing) affects sexual function directly. While our sexual energy is derived mainly from inherited kidney essence, it is supplemented by the acquired essence obtained from ingested foods and fluids that have been processed by the spleen and stomach.
Excessive sexual activity will deplete qi essence and blood in men. The material part of qi essence in the kidneys makes up the semen that will be excreted from the body. One reason why TCM discourages excessive sexual activities is because seminal fluid is considered to be a precious qi essence or life substance. Qi essence is one of the fundamental materials used for supporting life activities and exhaustion of it will lead to some health problems.

TCM discourages excessive sexual activities because seminal fluid is considered to be a precious life substance.

ACUPUNCTURE WEIGHT LOSS

According to Chinese medicine, fat tissue results from excess dampness lodged in the skin and muscles. There are several ways to eliminate this dampness from the body. The most effective method is to gently increase the body’s basal metabolic rate and improve the processing of water and fluids by strengthening specific organ functions in the body. When this is done with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, weight loss is a natural by-product, which is both safe and more likely to be long term.
The two most commonly used treatment methods for promoting weight loss in Chinese medicine are Chinese herbs and acupuncture. The Chinese herbs are used to strengthen all the organs and functions of the body, thereby helping to eliminate excess dampness lodged in the tissues. We can select the most appropriate formula for your Chinese medical pattern of being overweight or even custom blend a formula for your specific needs.
There are also acupuncture techniques to accomplish all these same actions. Acupuncture may consist of needling points on the body or only points on the ear. One benefit of ear acupuncture is that tiny needles or pellets can be embedded in the ear and then pressed several times per day by the patient. This insures continuous treatment between regularly scheduled office visits. In addition, there is even an ear point to effectively suppress appetite!
The fact that acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, when combined with appropriate diet and exercise, can help one lose weight is confirmed by extensive published research in China. For instance, in a study reported in issue #10, 2004 of Xin Zhong Yi (New Chinese Medicine), 18 males and 32 females 16-55 years of age were treated with electro-acupuncture on three acupoints over a period of one month. At the end of that time, ten patients lost 11 pounds or more, fifteen patients lost 6.6 pounds or more, and six lost no weight. Therefore, the total effectiveness rate was 88%. In issue #7, 2002 of Xin Zhong Yi (New Chinese Medicine), a study was published showing that after treatment for 42 days with Chinese herbs and acupuncture, 81 patients lost 11 pounds or more, 91 patients lost 6.6 pounds, and 38 lost no wieght, for a total effectiveness rate of 81.9%.
